Forget Current State and Future State ….. IT Is Now About The Ready State
For years, innovation in IT support was considered somewhat of a sea change. In other words, innovation was a game changer. Merriam-Webster has a bit more basic definition of innovation – “to make changes, to do something in a new way”.
